Group Disscusion

Well, for the previous week before chinese new year, i miss lesson! Damn! Too busy man! Oh well, i heard there was a group discussion. Talking about group discussion, one thing i learn about group discussion is that you must have a good group! That is to have a good leader!

If you take a look at the world now, there are many leaders, good and bad. Being a good leader is not easy but however, being a bad leader, life is also not very easy. For example, take the previous president of the United States, Mr George W Bush. Due to his failure in leading his country, he became very unpopular. This is what i found in the Internet.


There are people who are so against him that they do this.

So moral of the story is, being a good leader is essential and every group success is base on how good the leader is.

I think i have a very good leader, Suhaimi. He dedicated the job very well. But i forget to go into my TP email to check as such, i never do!!! HAHA! Opps. Oh well!!!!!

My Dream Holiday

Many teenages dream holiday would be to Korea, Japan, Usa and etc. For me, my dream holiday is actually to one of the most romantic places in the world, also somewhere that might not be around anymore in the next couple of decades due to rising sea level. Yes as some of you might have guess, my dream holiday is to Venice!






The website i have choosen for travelling to Venice is http://www.venice.world-guides.com/. I chose this website is because it provides many information on Venice.
Why do i like to go Venice. One of the reason is that Venice is actually starting to sink. And if i dont visit it now, there might not be a chance to go there again. Thats one of the reason. The other reason is because it is one of the most romantic country in the world. And like in the movie that i watch recently, The Tourist, the show is actually based in Venice. It further inspires me to go there as the scenery is very nice and attracting.

As i went into Second Life to search for Venice, there were a couple of places they showed me. The Venice in Second Life looks kind of pathetic.





Thats all!!! I hope one day i can really travel there!!!!

STOMP

Well last week, we did a group discussion on the hit website in Singapore, STOMP. Why we were told to do that? It is due to fact that last week we learn about Citizen Journalism (something like that.) Somethings that i learn for evaluation criteria are  purpose, coverage, authority, accuracy, currency, accessibility, Presentation and Arrangement, Usability and Overall Quality. We evaluate STOMP using this criterias and manage to give STOMP an overall rating.

Well, in my opinion, STOMP is rather good website, other then the irrelevant things in it!!

As usual, lesson is still boring for me!!! Bye!
